Andover Five Alive Program
Andover Five Alive provides childcare for kindergarteners who attend either the morning or afternoon sessions. Each morning at 7:30 am and 10:45 am, the kindergarten children attending Five Alive will be escorted from the Andover Elementary/Middle School (or visa versa) to the program each day. The program ends at 2:45 pm each day. Children may then ride the bus home, or be enrolled in the Andover After School Program.
Snacks
Time for a simple, nutritious snack brought from home will be provided.
Lunch
Lunch is approximately 11:00 am for the afternoon class and 12:00 noon for the morning class. Parents provide lunch, snacks and drinks for their child each day.
Recess
The children go outside regularly. The Andover Village Park surrounds the building, giving many opportunities for outdoor fun.
Rest Time
There is a half hour rest/story time every day. Children snuggle up in pillows and blankets brought from home.

The program’s schedule is flexible and respects the differing needs of the children attending.
